Never share your password, OTP code, or face verification link with anyone. P2XChange staff will NEVER ask for these. If someone claims to be support and asks for your credentials — it's a scam.
Your Telegram account receives all important security notifications including withdrawal OTPs. If you lose access to your Telegram, you won't be able to withdraw. Keep it secure.
When transferring to a merchant, verify the bank account name matches. If it doesn't match, stop and raise a dispute immediately. Do not transfer to unknown accounts.
If a trade goes wrong — buyer claims to have paid but you didn't receive, or merchant won't release — use the Dispute button in the trade room. Our admin team reviews all disputes fairly within 24 hours.
